What makes Fit For Fun unique?

  • The Coach – Coach Dana is a certified teacher and NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) coach with over 15yrs of experience. Your child will have the benefit of having the same coach consistently each week so they get comfortable and know who to expect.   
  • Skill-Based – Fit For Fun programs teach the fundamental sports skills and movement skills required to build a foundation of physical literacy needed to pursue competitive or recreational sports and athletics later on.
 
  • Positive Reinforcement – Praise and encouragement are used to build children’s confidence and resilience.
 
  • Variety – New sport skills and movement skills are taught each week.
 
  • Fast paced – Just enough practice time is given for each skill/activity to keep children engaged. 
 
  • Creativity – Each instruction and demonstration includes storylines  to make the skills relatable.
 
  • Key Words – There is an emphasis on key words for the children to repeat while they practice skills to help them remember the steps.
 
  • Class Size – Limited spots are available to ensure each participant gets plenty of 1-on-1 assistance from Coach Dana.
