About Fit For Fun

Fit For Fun is a physical education program that develops fundamental movement skills and sports skills. Coach Dana is a certified teacher who is passionate about building children’s confidence and physical literacy.

 

In multi-sport programs, children learn skills from a new sport each week including basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, football and hockey.

 

In outdoor soccer programs, children learn fundamental soccer skills such as kick, dribble, trap, score, pass, throw-in and goalie work.

 

Children also have the opportunity to play fun games that focus on gross motor skills and building self-confidence. Each skill and activity will be taught in a fun and engaging way. 

 

Parent participation is required for the 16mos-2.5yrs and 2-3yrs class.
