About Fit For Fun

Fit For Fun is a physical education program that develops fundamental movement skills and sports skills. Coach Dana is a certified teacher who is passionate about building children’s confidence and physical literacy.

 

Children also have the opportunity to play fun games that focus on gross motor skills and building self-confidence. Each skill and activity is taught in a fun and engaging way. 

 

Parent participation is required for the 1.5-3yrs class.

 

Multi-Sport Program

Children learn skills from a new sport each week including basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, football and hockey.

 

Outdoor Soccer & T-Ball Program

Children learn fundamental soccer skills such as kick, dribble, trap, score, pass, throw-in and goalie work. Every other week children learn t-ball skills such as batting, base running, catch, throw and grounders. This is a non-competitive and skill-basked program.
